The Transfer of Ownership application must be made by the owner(s) of the animal and not a third party – failure to do so may result in the cancellation of application, registration and/or ownership transfer. Kennel Registration does not equate to legal ownership. This application is to confirm the change in registered ownership only. It is certainly not intended to signify any type of contract or contractual agreement or document/receipt of sale between previous owner(s) and the new owner(s). Ownership documents do not guarantee accuracy and do not prove pedigree. Ownership documents simply contain details provided by the breeder(s)/owner(s) to the best of their knowledge in relation to puppy(s) and their parent(s). Transfer of Ownership / Ownership document may be provided to the customer without Certificate of Pedigree in applications whereby Grand Sire/Dam and/or Great Grand Sire/Dam details are not known by the applicant. Kennel Registration is for pets only and not for show dog / show specimens.
The issue of Certificates of Pedigree do not guarantee accuracy as it is based on details supplied to Kennel Registration by the applicant and certificates do not prove pedigree. All details must be provided by the breeder(s) / owner(s) and be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must provide names of previously registered dogs where applicable. Any previously unregistered dogs (example; pets etc.) may be appointed club names valid with Kennel Registration only. You must either own the dog(s) or have permission from the owner to appoint / be appointed name(s). We hold not limitations to the number of times any name may be used; however, we will not accept obscene or offensive names or names which might infringe copyright laws. Registration is for pets only and not for show dogs. If you cannot provide 'Grand' / 'Great Grand' details etc. please leave relevant boxes blank and we will provide you with Breeder Registration certificates only. The information contained herein reflects information given to us 'Kennel Registration' ('The Club') by the breeder/owner. The club cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

We have no connection with The American Kennel Club, The Canadian Kennel Club, The Scottish Kennel Club, The Kennel Club, The Continental Kennel Club, National Kennel Club, United Kennel Club, Universal Kennel Club, Worldwide Kennel Club, American Dog Registery, Dog Registery of America, Dog Lovers Registration Club, The Pedigree Pets Registration Club, Canine Registration Club Uk, Prestige Puppy Registration Club or any other canine organisations/clubs whatsoever. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand the above and accept that any information supplied to us in regards to the registering of puppy(s) and/or dog(s) is accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge. Kennel Registration cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions as a result of information submitted by the breeder/owner. In addition, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you understand that Kennel Registration is for dog lovers only and not for show dogs other than exemption/companion dog shows.
Pet Helpline service providers may vary and may not always provide the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are unable to gain access to a Pet Helpline due to their service being unavailable at any given time then please contact us and we will provide you with an alternative Pet Helpline number(s) to contact. The views in relation to advice and support provided by any Pet Helpline is not necessarily views shared by Kennel Registration. We cannot be held responsible for any advice given by any Pet Helpline provider.
Kennel Registration will apply a standard delivery charge of £1.00 onto total payable orders. As soon as your order is complete and payment has been received, we will post out your documents via Royal Mail - 1st Class delivery. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 days business days, however, if your order is place before 9am Monday - Thursday, you should usually receive your documentation the following day.
Our insurance offers are offered through 3rd party affiliates and are subject to change without notice although changes/variations to offers will will be given (*where possible), pet insurance providers may vary. If you are unable to gain access to a Pet insurance offer or product due to their service being unavailable or you not being eligible etc at any given time then please contact us and we will (*where possible) provide you with an alternative Pet insurance company contact number(s) to contact. We cannot be held responsible for policy/premiums/agreements/any advice given relating to products/policies in relation to pet cover provided by any insurance company/broker or affiliate.

If you would like someone else to deal with your registration on your behalf on a regular basis please let us know. In some exceptional cases we may also deal with other people who call on your behalf, with your consent. If at any time you would prefer us to deal only with you, please let us know.
